Four new precincts—built specially for agri-food technology, waste management and recycling, metal, timber and furniture industries—make up the new Sungei Kadut Eco-District.

The future-ready yet community-friendly environment has the power to rejuvenate businesses and open doors to new growth sectors. To meet such changes, 200 hectares have been set aside in the estate.
